- Booked from Riya travels it is a package which includes flight tickets,covid test at muscat, airport lounge for 12 hrs
- My Visa status: open work visa (first time travelling to Canada) expiring on Oct 2021
- At Hyderabad I got boarding passes for all flights till Toronto and luggage once check in need to be collected at Toronto only .
- I did my covid test less than 48 hrs in India which is ICMR approved with qr code
- Indian immigration all smooth no particular questions
Muscat:
- After deboarding flight in muscat riya travels arranged covid test for their customers and took them to airport lounge.
- Gave covid reports after 8 hrs.
Muscat immigration:
- They asked all documents and verified with Canada immigration officers and then gave clearance.
Frankfurt : no immigration just layover
Canada immigration:
- Asked for passport, work visa
- why did you travel : Family Reunification
- Arrive can receipt
- Hotel booking confirmation
- Gave work permit, as I am travelling for the first time.
- After immigration health officer asked covid related questions
- Had covid test at airport.
- After coming outside the airport there were shuttle cabs for pick up to hotel.
- All went smooth.
