Indian students enrolled in Canada stranded, seek priority vaccination

Indian students enrolled in Canada stranded, seek priority vaccination

Here is the news that So many Indian students are confused on the vaccination part whether they need to go to Canada with vaccination or without vaccination.

Still the government is thinking of setting-up the vaccination passport for those who wants to enter Canada But certainly as the stock of vaccines are not available in India, people are worried specially international students and also spousal work permits are worried about the vaccines.

Those who have the valid visas of USA and Ethiopia or Cairo or mexico are somehow travelling to the Canada upon their risk. But remaining students are not going with the problem of vaccine gap of 84 days for covishield. That is hurting students who wants to travel in the month of July or august 2021.

Some of the governments like KERALA & MUMBAI are helping students to get their vaccines early so to avoid any travelling issues .

For all parents here whose children are scheduled to go abroad for studies, here is a message from guardian minister Aditya Thackeray

"For students who have received confirmation of admission in universities abroad & require vaccines for the same, the @mybmc has arranged free, walk in vaccination this coming Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (31st May, 1st, 2nd June) at 3 centres- Rajawadi, Cooper & Kasturba.

The students need to carry I- 20 or DS- 160 form/ verified confirmation letter to concerned foreign universities, along with personal id documents.

This admission and vaccine affecting careers, we are duty bound to vaccinate them in the required time."
