Alert Message from Visa Application Centre - VAC 

watch out for this news which is mentioned by VAC in their twitter handle.

1/2 FRAUD ALERT: Have you received a message saying that IRCC is processing visa applications without biometrics? This is a fraudulent message. A final decision can't be made on your application without biometrics. Biometrics can only be submitted at a Visa Application Centre VAC

2/2 To submit your biometrics you need a Biometrics Instruction Letter- that will be sent to you within 24 hours after submitting an online app. Currently, operations and services across all VACs in India are closed. Follow us on social media for updates regarding VAC re-openings
